FAQ

It takes up to 7 business days to create your products and fulfill your order if all materials are stocked. All orders are mailed with standard shipping and delivery time depends on availability, carrier and delivery destination. 

In order to create attractive and consistent shipping options, shipping rates have been precisely calculated for individually packaged and mailed items. Additionally items may be fulfilled by various partners and not ship from the same location.

Apparel
Apparel products are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.

Hats
Structured and unstructured hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers just like other apparel items.

Home & Lifestyle
Most sublimated items go in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. Mugs, water bottles, tumblers, and candles are packaged in cardboard boxes. To pack stickers, we use kraft envelopes or resealable plastic bags with stay-flat inserts, depending on the location. Similarly, we use envelopes to package greeting cards and postcards.

Orders are produced at the facilities of our carefully selected partners across the world. Most orders sent to the United States are produced and mailed within the United States, etc. Some items (such as embroidered products) may be produced and shipped from international locations. You are encouraged to check with your local postal service and/or customs regulations to avoid additional handling and/or customs fees. 

Select the desired item from the QUADPRIME SHOP and securely checkout using your preferred payment methods on Stripe or PayPal. If applicable, make sure to select the correct size or product variation. Enter your email, phone number, shipping and billing information. We only ship to addresses specified with your payment. Select your desired shipping option and place your order. A order confirmation will be sent to your email.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on your order, please contact us.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Others
Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are offered at your own expense. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; which applies to all items purchased from the QUADPRIME SHOP.
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

QUADPRIME reserves the right to refuse any returns at its sole discretion.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you provided an incorrect shipping address. In most cases changes can me made, as long as your order has not shipped yet but it can't be guaranteed. We only ship to addresses specified with your payment.

All orders are sent with standard shipping without insurance.

If you have not received your order, please contact us to obtain the tracking number for your shipment. We will assist in any way possible to help locate your order. Please note we can not assume responsibility after orders have been submitted to delivery partners for shipment. We strive to work with reputable logistical partners worldwide, but can not guarantee their service performance.
